It's That Time of Year Again.... New, 2025 ICD-10 Codes!

2025 ICD-10 Codes - Update eTHOMAS and ehrTHOMAS

A new version of eTHOMAS for the 2025 ICD-10 changes has been released.

If you have both eTHOMAS and ehrTHOMAS, and wish to update for ICD10, please remember that BOTH programs will need to be updated so they have a matching set of the same new ICD-10 codes. This can affect your billing (send charges feature and note taking in ehrTHOMAS if the two systems do not match.

Everyone needs to be out of each system when they are updated.

If you want to do any other maintenance in eTHOMAS to your current ICD-10 codes (such as expire old ones) remember that you need to sync the changes back over to ehrTHOMAS once you have completed the desired changes in eTHOMAS. You can do this in eTHOMAS DX Code Files. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SYNC THE NEW ICD-10 CODES (once you update both eTHOMAS and ehrTHOMAS they will be in both systems). This "sync update" only applies to the old codes you are expiring.
