Pay-Per-Incident
Unlimited telephone software support & customer service. Software modifications/additions to address industry, regulatory, and insurance/EDI/clearinghouse changes (aka Updates). Our clients also receive special pricing for any additional products and services we offer, that they choose to add-on.

Service Agreements
Looking for computer support at a fixed cost? We offer monthly & yearly HardCare service agreement options to help you budget your computer maintenance costs.

On-Site & Drop-off Service & Repairs
We can send a qualified computer service technician to you, or you can drop off your computer and our experts will take care of it at our Genius service center.
